Home Practices - Day 1, 2 and 3

Enjoy a full yoga studio experience in the comfort of your own home. The three different sequences in this series provide you with a fully balanced at-home experience designed to expand your yoga practice, and leave you feeling strong, flexible and calm, with a deep sense of awareness. 

Throughout each video there are different variations offered, allowing individuals of all levels to grow in their practice. My hope is that as you work consistently on your poses, over time, the more challenging options will become accessible to you.

A 30-minute gentle flow for those days that your back is feeling stiff.  Whether coming off a long flight, sitting at your desk all day, or constantly picking up your kids, your body will benefit from this healing routine.  *easy on the wrists*

Shoulder Reset 

A 30-minute slow flow designed to relieve discomfort, restore mobility and build strength to support healthy postural alignment.
