Devoted to her practice for over 20 years, Molly Lehman is a senior yoga teacher with a 600hr-ERYT certification and a specialty working with elderly populations and degenerative conditions. Her teaching style is influenced by her advanced studies with Sri Dharma Mittra and her trainings in Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga. Molly’s passion for teaching yoga shines through in her classes, which blend pranayama techniques, energizing flows and alignment instruction. Her unique ability to tailor her classes to her students’ needs allows everyone from beginners to advanced yogis to enjoy her classes. 

Molly began her career in New York City, co-founding House of Jai Yoga where she taught an array of individuals including celebrities, musicians and professional athletes. She has trained yoga teachers at the 200 and 300 level and has led yoga retreats all over the world. She currently teaches individuals of all ages and levels in group and private settings, while also volunteering her time sharing accessible and trauma-informed yoga and meditation with under-resourced and trauma-impacted communities.   

Molly has a B.A. in Dance and Kinsiology from James Madison University. In addition to her yoga certifications, Molly is a Holistic Health counselor, having completed her certification at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition. She has been featured in OMYoga magazine and Yoga Bodies: Real People, Real Stories, & the Power of Transformation by Lauren Lipton, and has served as a Lululemon Ambassador.

When she’s not on the mat, Molly enjoys gardening at her home in Connecticut where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
